About OhioHealth Berger Hospital
Here for years. Here for the future.
Through almost 90 years of history, Berger Hospital has cared for the Pickaway County community. Now we look to the future to expand this history of growth as OhioHealth Berger Hospital.
Since 1930, OhioHealth Berger Hospital has met the changing healthcare needs of the local community. We’re committed to advancing quality, compassionate care, personal health and community well-being. We honor patient rights and privacy. (Please read about patient rights and privacy at Berger Hospital.) Over the years, we’ve expanded services to better meet the needs of our patients. Below you'll find information about those services, as well as on Our Healthcare Services.
- Outpatient Services
Our robust outpatient services include laboratory services, imaging and a wide range of rehabilitation services.
- Emergency Care
Our 24-hour emergency department provides immediate, expert treatments for severe and life-threatening conditions.
- Bradley Cancer Center
As a Commission on Cancer certified hospital, we have the diagnostic, screening, treatment, wellness and support services needed to help cancer patients through their journeys.
- Orthopedic Surgery
Getting treated for a bone and joint condition doesn't always mean having surgery. Our orthopedic surgeons use a conservative approach to your care. But when surgery is the best choice, you will be in capable hands.
- OhioHealth Stroke Network
This team of critical care and stroke experts works together to provide the best care and outcomes. They’ll assess whether you should stay at Berger Hospital or be moved to an OhioHealth Comprehensive Stroke Center or Primary Stroke Center. They provide inpatient and emergency department consultation, diagnosis and care.
Berger's award-winning Joint Commission Top Performer surgeons combine experience, skill and commitment to provide the highest level of confidence and care.
